Our organisation has been experiencing considerable change. Kānuka have steered us through this change, which has ensured a positive outcome. Staff have given me positive feedback about Kānuka’s connective-coaching style and I now have a plan of how to deal with a situation that had previously been overwhelming, despite my many years of management experience.
This course has created a paradigm shift in my approach to conversations required to resolve a situation or hold someone accountable. I gained skills to improve connection and find a solution whilst keeping mana intact. It has provided me with scripts and templates to work with, making it easier to put all the learnings into action. Not only is it necessary for the workplace, but also instrumental in improving whanau connections.
